Contained in this work is a comparison of the Constitution written by the Framers of the original document, and the course the Supreme Court has taken over the years, through its decisions, to rewrite the Constitution in ways not intended by the Framers.

While it is true that many Supreme Court decisions are only interpretations, it is also true that many of them really change the Framers' Constitution under the guise of interpreting it.
